He never actually confirmed it until the end of August, he revealed that the game will be very different compared to previous games, and will, for the first time, feature free roaming. On June 2018, he posted a picture of a puzzle, solving it will lead them to a video on his channel, teasing another Five Nights at Candy's game. However, he never announced the game until later on so that he won't let anyone down by canceling it. But the game later grew in size and Emil decided to make it another Five Nights at Candy's game. It was originally going to be a very small and short game which featured the FNaF characters instead. Emil Macko first had the idea, and started to make another entry to Five Nights at Candy's series since around December 2017 to January 2018, as he had some more ideas for new mechanics.
